Welcome Fiesta

4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Dress: Casual Festive

Please join us for cocktails & tacos to kick off the wedding weekend! This will be outdoors - please remember that Palm Springs can get chilly when the sun goes down! You might want a light jacket! There will be a sprinter van taking people from the hotels to our house starting at 4:30pm. Please be patient as the sprinter van will need multiple trips to get everyone to and from the hotels.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Dress: Black-Tie Optional

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by dinner & dancing indoors. If you are staying at the Renaissance Esmeralda a hotel shuttle will be available starting at 3:00 PM to take you from the front lobby to the venue. If you are staying at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel the venue is a short walk, drive, or uber away.

Sunday Brunch

11:00 am

Dress: For those of you who love a theme, we encourage you to wear something with Palm Springs flare! (for example: a tropical shirt or retro/print patterns, etc.) Otherwise, casual is fine!

This will be outside on The Rose Lawn (walk past the pool & the grass lawn will be on the right).
