Best Man
Nick has been one of Matt's best friends since middle school, and Matt couldn't be happier that he's standing up as best man! Usually their February trips are to mountains covered in snow, but 2023 will have to be an exception to the rule (fingers-crossed). Nick is also 6'9", so we should all be thankful he's standing up and can't block anyone's view!
Grace Johnson
Maid of Honor
Grace has been Lottie’s very best friend since high school. Lottie was extremely proud to stand beside Grace on her wedding day, and she’s so grateful Grace is going to do the same for her! They’ve been to several states, and even countries together, but entering married life together feels like the biggest adventure yet!
Chad Nugent
Groomsman
Chad is Matt’s older brother, and one of his first friends. Chad spent a lot of time teaching Matt how to play different sports, and at one time even how to skateboard (spoiler alert: it didn't work). Matt stood up at Chad's wedding many years ago, and he couldn't be happier that Chad is able to return the favor!
Georgia Brooks
Bridesmaid
Georgia is Lottie’s favorite sister. She’s a year and a half younger, but significantly more fun than Lottie’s ever been. Lottie is so grateful to have Georgia and her sense of humor by her side for her wedding day! Lottie and Matt are both grateful to Georgia for gifting her graphic design skills to create our save the date and invitations.
Tyler Lemza
Groomsman
Tyler has been one of Matt's best friends since high school. Now a doctor, Tyler also has the privilege helping treat Matt for his sporadic injuries from a phone call away.
Abby McGowan
Bridesmaid
Abby was Lottie’s roommate for the last two years of college. Lottie admires Abby’s ability to be good at everything while staying humble about all of them, and she makes Lottie laugh more than most people do.
Ryan Lawrence
Groomsman
Ryan has been one of Matt's best friends since high school! Living only a block apart, Matt and Ryan spent a lot of time together in high school and beyond.
Lauren Rothstein
Bridesmaid
Lauren was Matt’s first friend in Madison, and quickly became one of Lottie’s best friends here, too. Lottie loves that Lauren is as sarcastic as she is, and their regular trivia and game nights. Lauren was the official engagement ring hider while Matt waited to propose, and did a great job at keeping that a secret!
Cole Blondin
Groomsman
Cole was one of Matt's first friends after moving to Wisconsin. Since then, there have been numerous Dead and Co. concerts, nights filled with Xbox, and dozens of rounds of trivia.
Amy Goldsmith
Bridesmaid
Lottie and Amy have been close friends since college. Lottie admires Amy for her ability to joke around and be an incredibly great listener, all at the same time. Everyone give Amy a round of applause for being a bridesmaid at two weddings in two weeks!
Jonah Solheim
Officiant
Jonah has been one of Lottie’s friends since college, and met Matt the first time he met any of Lottie’s friends. He, along with Lauren and Cole, is a regular member of our trivia team in Madison! Jonah is a fantastic writer and public speaker, so he was a natural choice when we decided to ask a friend to officiate for us. Thank you, Jonah!!
