Arizona? What if I can’t make it?

Answer

We understand and we love you! We know not everybody will be able to make it due to the location. We just ask that you tell us your plans as early as you know them so that we can make arrangements with our venue.

Are you requiring Covid vaccination?

Answer

Yes! We ask all guests to be fully vaccinated for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

Is Lottie going to change her last name?

Answer

No, and we couldn’t think of a more clever FAQ to tell you that she’ll still be a “Brooks”.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding small, with only close friends and family! Please only plan for the name or names written on your invite to attend - Feel free to ask us if you’re not sure.

Do I need to attend the welcome event?

Answer

No! We will be there and would love to see you if you want to come while you’re in the area. We do ask, though, that you plan to fly in earlier than the morning of, since February is a common time of year for travel delays, and we want to celebrate with you! We also ask that you let us know ahead of time if you won’t be there, since we will provide a guest count to the brewery.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Hopefully sunny (which is why we picked Arizona). It should be 60-70° during the day, but can get to around 40-50° at night. Bring a dance-worthy jacket for the wedding night!

Is there transportation back to the hotel from the reception?

Answer

Yes! At the end of the night, we will be providing a shuttle back to the hotel for guests who are staying there or at the neighboring Marriott!
