My sister! Growing up she always ate the inside brownies and I always ate the outside brownies, which explains a lot about our personalities. She is my opposite, but we always shared the same musical tastes and both have an adventurous spirit, which makes us great travel companions. The only times I have not taken control in planning a trip are with her because she has planned them to a T. I trust no one more to be maid of honor because she will make sure things get done in the way I envision them and it's great to have my sister by my side during the whole process.

Emily and I met in Pre-K, but that is the only school we ever went to together. We were besties from the beginning, but would lose touch since we went to different schools. Throughout the years we would run-in to each other regularly (at the movies, at the fair, at a party) and would reconnect. Our friendship always picked right back up from where it left off. Later, we ended up moving in together and were roomies for a few years.
Alyssa

Alyssa and I met in 4th grade. We were in the same class and traded gel pens. We got closer in high school and even closer still as adults. We have gone on many adventures together. You can regularly catch us trying a new restaurant or going to a bookish event.

Bridesmaid
Monique and I met when interviewing for a job at Sephora. There were 50 applicants and only 2 positions and we both got the job. Sometimes I wonder if they hired us both because we vibed so hard during the team building part of our interview. We had a ton in common from the very start- our love of makeup, concerts, baking and books. Even though we now live far apart we always stay connected.

Flower Girl
Emily's daughter and my honorary niece. Matt and I were there from the beginning and remember when she came home as a newborn as we were all living together at the time. Lydia was the sweetest little baby and now the cutest little flower girl.
Lucas
Ring Bearer
Monique's son and my honorary nephew. We hope he will make it down the aisle with the goods as he took to walking quickly, but he is also a rambunctious little thing so he may get side tracked and go off course. He sure will look cute in a little suit nonetheless.
Mitch
Best Man
Mitch was an extremely easy pick for best man. Mitch and I have had an unnecessary amount of legitimate fist fights all the way back to childhood. We fought more than we got along growing up, but like most brothers there is a special connection that you simply can't have unless you share blood. Mitch has consistently driven me, more so than any mentor, to be a better man. Without him in my life, I fear what I would have become. When people ask me who Mitch is, I tell them he's a less funny, but better version of myself.

We first met in 3rd grade, but Julio moved and went to a different school. In middle school, Julio and I joined the wrestling team and became friends on the mat. Half of me hated him for a long time because he'd whoop my ass, but he always had my back.

June joined the wrestling team in high school. Him and Julio were best friends. Naturally the 3 of us started hanging out and like most teammates bonded through too much cardio.
Adam

A couple dozen people at RHS played Assassins. A game that got SWAT or the FBI to visit our school. You need to find people outside of school and shoot them with a NERF gun. My partner and I made an uneasy truce with Adam. Adam would hang out with June, Julio and Tim. We all started hanging out at the same locker not long after.
Tim
Groomsman
Tim and Adam go way, way back. Once Adam and I made a truce, Tim and I started hanging out together too. Tim lived right down the street from Adam so whenever we met up Tim was just a quick drive away.

We met playing tennis together my sophomore year. Son had Super Smash Bros (maybe the best game ever made). It still makes me smile remembering going over to son's house knowing we're going to play smash for hours.

Married to bridesmaid, Monique and dad to ring bearer, Lucas. Larissa has been friends with Josh since high school and actually introduced Josh and Monique.
