Inn at Nakoma Resort

There is a room block with discounted rates for the on-property hotel for hotel rooms and villas. We recommend booking ASAP as there is limited space on property and the lodging may fill up in advance. When Should I Arrive?

The first official wedding event will take place on Friday afternoon, though our group rates will be available beginning Thursday, October 22nd. If your travel plans have you arriving early, please let us know—we'd love to gather for casual drinks on Thursday evening with anyone who is already in town and kick off the weekend together.

Getting Here!

Flights: *Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is the closest option, about a 1 hour drive. * Sacramento (SMF) Airport is the next closest option, about 2:45 hour drive to the venue. **PLEASE NOTE*** Car rentals from Reno - Tahoe airport available. Turo is also another great rental option. Flight prices might start to increase closer to the date as well, so we recommend booking soon. Parking: All the housing options (hotels and rentals) will have complimentary parking available.

Rental Cars and Airport Transfer

It is not 100% necessary to rent a car if you have other means of transportation from the airport or can carpool. All events will be on property and housing is close and "walkable". Everything is accessible by your own vehicle or the free Nakoma shuttle service!
