Angela and Matt met their freshman year at GW in a Microeconomics class. After several months of working on problem sets together, Matt realized his biggest problem was getting Angela to like him as much as he liked her. Lucky for him, she felt the same way. At the end of the semester, not only did they receive an A in the class, but also an A in everlasting love. Thank you Dr. Suranovic!

After a lovely day in Sausalito, Matt convinced Angela to take a hike in the Marin Headlands. They walked to an overlook with stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay. Angela was too distracted by the view to even notice Matt getting ready to propose. When she turned around, she found him down on one knee. Before he could even finish the question she said "Yes!"
