Suggested Length of Stay
Because Brazil is a long-haul trip for many of our guests, we recommend planning to stay at least 7 days if your schedule allows. This gives you time to account for travel, adjust to the time difference, and settle in before the wedding festivities begin.
If you are in the bridal party, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive by September 21st to allow time for pre-wedding events, rehearsal details, and to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The trip is absolutely doable in a shorter timeframe if needed. If you have limited PTO, we suggest arriving at least 1–2 days before the wedding to avoid travel stress and feel rested.
We will also be sharing a week-long itinerary of suggested activities, sightseeing, and optional group outings so you can make the most of your time in Brazil. Our hope is that this wedding becomes the perfect excuse to finally experience a true bucket-list destination. We are so grateful you’re making the journey to celebrate with us. 🤍
