There will be shuttles available from ONE SNOWMASS - 45 Wood Rd, Snowmass Village, CO 81615 - to St. Mary's Church in Aspen. Buses will leave at 12:45PM sharp. If you need help locating One Snowmass please speak to the front desk at the Limelight. Buses will then transport guests from the church to the reception at Flying Dog Ranch. Buses will return to the Limelight Snowmass at the end of the reception - 9:45PM.
While it is not 100% necessary, if you plan on getting out to explore the Roaring Fork Valley a car may be preferable. The RFTA bus is also an easy and reliable option. Ubers and taxis exist but they are limited and availability shouldn't be counted on.
We are encouraging out of town guests to stay in Snowmass's Base Village. We have discounted rates at the Limelight Hotel and the Viceroy. Other hotels and airbnbs are also available in the area. However, you are more than welcome to stay anywhere in the valley.
There is limited parking at Flying Dog Ranch. Guests are welcome to drive themselves but carpooling is encouraged!
Mountain Formal. Dresses, suits, and dancing shoes! Keep in mind the reception will be at a ranch. Men should wear a suit or a sport coat (no tuxes needed). Ties are optional, bolo's are encouraged, and cowboy boots are more than welcome. Women should opt for dresses with boots, wedges, or block heels—stilettos aren’t ideal for grass and dirt. Remember it will be fall in the mountains. Layers are encouraged! Shawls, wool wrap, and jackets are a great idea for cooler mountain temps.
