We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bloomington. This hotel is in the middle of downtown Bloomington and does have free parking. The discounted rate we have been given is $249 per night. The block is for checking in on Friday, November 12, and checking out on Sunday, November 14. As long as there are spaces available, the hotel did say they would be willing to add days to the stay if you would like. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bloomington

We have a block of rooms reserved for guests of the wedding to book At the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Bloomington. A regular room will be $179.99 per night, and a suite will be $199.99 per night. Due to the fact that there is also a Home Football Game for IU this weekend, this hotel is requiring a 2-night minimum. The block we have reserved is for Friday November 12, and Saturday November 13. The Indianapolis International Airport is the closest (and most affordable airport) in relation to Bloomington IN, where the wedding will take place. It is approximately a 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minute drive from the airport to Bloomington, so if you are flying in, you will need to consider setting up a rental car upon your arrival. The vehicle rental companies available at the airport are: Alamo, Enterprise, Budget, Hertz, and National Car Rental.
