Cocktail Hour

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Dress pants and button up shirts are also welcome for those who do not have access to/want to wear a full suit. No jeans or sweatpants please.

There will be an open bar available for the duration of the cocktail hour and reception. Bar service will begin at 3:30pm with the start of cocktail hour. Please enjoy a cocktail, beer, or wine and mingle with the other guests while the wedding party takes pictures and prepares for the start of the reception.

Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be an open bar available for the duration of the reception. The open bar will also have assorted soda options, and there will be water, tea, and coffee available with dinner. Dinner will be served buffet style starting at 5:00pm. For dinner, your entree options are Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce and Marinated Portabella Mushrooms over brown rice (Vegan & GF). There will also be a fresh garden salad and baked rolls with butter. The sides that will be available are country-style macaroni and cheese, country-style green beans, and parsley-buttered red potatoes. Due to the Bloomington noise ordinance, the music will end at 10:00PM as well as the alcohol service. The bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone they deem as having consumed too much alcohol.
