Denver International Airport (DEN) is a major travel hub, so most guests should be able to find convenient direct flights from many U.S. cities. The Barn at Raccoon Creek is located in Littleton, about 45 miles (50 minutes) from the airport. Denver is growing fast, and traffic—especially around rush hour—can get busy, particularly near the airport. If you’re arriving in the morning or late afternoon, plan for a little extra travel time so you don’t miss a moment of the celebration. There is plenty of free parking at the venue for guests driving rental cars. Shuttle details for hotel guests will be shared closer to the wedding date.

This hotel is 2.78 miles from The Barn at Raccoon Creek. Our wedding block is reserved for January 3–5, 2026, at a rate of $94.00 per night. To book, call 303-980-9200 and ask for the Grupp/Koehler wedding block. Shuttle Transportation (Hotel Guests Only) Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for Holiday Inn Denver–Lakewood guests between the hotel and The Barn at Raccoon Creek on Sunday, January 4, 2026. Each shuttle trip can accommodate up to 12 guests. The venue is approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Departures from the hotel to the venue: -2:00 PM -2:30 PM Return shuttles from the venue to the hotel: -8:00 PM -9:00 PM Guests must sign in on the designated shuttle sign-in sheets, which will be located at the hotel front desk and labeled with our names. Please be sure to sign up for both trips if you plan to use round-trip transportation. If you or your guests have any questions about signing in, hotel front desk staff will be happy to assist. Guests must be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before their selected shuttle departure time. This will ensure the shuttle departs on time.

This hotel is 7.2 miles from The Barn at Raccoon Creek. Our wedding block is reserved for January 3–5, 2026, at rates of $94.00 per night for King Rooms, $104.00 per night for Queen Rooms (two queen beds), and $114.00 per night for King Suites (king bed + sofa bed). Due to limited use of the wedding room block at the Holiday Inn Express, shuttle service will not be provided from this location. Guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from The Barn at Raccoon Creek on the wedding day. Ride-share services and personal vehicles are recommended.
