For those staying a few days... If you'd like to rent a car, Rocky Mountain National Park is a must see! It’s about a 90 minute drive from downtown Denver. Whether you feel up for a hike or just want to go for a drive and take in the many scenic overlooks, the Rockies have some of the most beautiful sights in the country!
Stop by Estes Park on your way to Rocky Mountain National Park. There's a bunch of great restaurants, and you can see the Stanley Hotel, which inspired Stephen King to write The Shining.
Grant’s favorite used bookstore and site of Mary’s favorite homemade poster listing “Things Women in Literature Have Died From” (highlights include: too many pillows, not enough pillows, knitting needles too heavy, The Unpleasantness, etc.)
