When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Sunday, June 15, 2025, at the latest. (The sooner the better)

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If your invitation was not labeled with your name "and Guest," we have not allocated a plus-one for you. Unfortunately due to constraints of venue size, we cannot accommodate extra plus-ones

Is there a (cash) bar?
Answer
There will be a TAB bar for beer and wine only. Any other liquor you may want will be available for purchase under your own tab. The couple has chosen two signature mocktails that will be available, along with soft drinks, coffee, and tea and a sparkling cider toast.

Can I bring my children to the reception?
Answer
While children are invited to the Wedding Shower, we have decided to keep our reception an Adults-Only event.

What time should we arrive for the reception?
Answer
Please arrive at 5:30 p.m. for a PROMPT 6:00 p.m. grand entrance. There will be refreshments upon your arrival.

What should I wear?

This is a formal event! Please come in floor-length gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses, and suits. Your goal is best dressed!

Where can we send gifts or cards if we cannot make it to the Wedding Shower?

Gifts and cards can be sent to our home mailing address. Please contact Marwa or Zane directly for the information.

The venue has complimentary parking in an attached lot.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
There is no shuttle available to or from the venue. Please plan for transportation and/or carpooling. (Note: The venue is only 10 minutes away from the hotel).
