We're Getting Married!

On the first day of high school orientation, they sat near each other in the auditorium waiting to be dismissed for their week-long orientation classes. Marwa asked Zane where he was from since she had never seen him before. She figured he was from another school in the district. He informed her that he was from Pennsylvania, and she told him he would stick by her for the week. They had most of their classes together, which helped them form their friendship. After the week was over, Zane found and messaged her on Facebook, asking her for her phone number. After giving it to him, he told her he would "give it to strangers" and she was quickly charmed by his humor. He proceeded to not use her phone number for over a month until she saw him again on the first day of school. They remained close friends throughout freshman year until he left to go back to PA for the summer. At the end of that summer, Marwa received several notifications of him "liking" her Facebook posts of "truth is..." which then turned into a phone call from his friend Ryan, who asked her if she liked Zane and told her that Zane liked her. She did not believe him and moved on preparing for the sophomore year. In November of that year, they admitted that they did like each other, and on December 21st, 2012 (the day the world was supposed to end), he asked her to be his girlfriend. They have dated on and off since then, and thirteen years later they are living together with their fur babies Venti and Penny. They have learned a lot, traveled together, and shared experiences that they will never forget. They are ecstatic to celebrate their marriage and begin a new chapter of life together, and fondly remember where they began and how far they've come. #MZWedding
