What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to wear black attire for our wedding. No shades of white, red, or jeans/ denim of any kind allowed. This monochromatic look is part of our wedding aesthetic and will make for beautiful photos. Thank you for helping us create this special vision!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
By booking your room, you are confirming your RSVP. Payments for your accommodations will be handled through Paradise Weddings. All that is needed to book your room is a $150 deposit. PAYMENT PLANS are available through Paradise Weddings.

When and how do I book accommodations?
Answer
We recommend booking accommodations at Paradisus Los Cabos as soon as possible. Our travel agency, Paradise Weddings, has set up a room block for guests to book their rooms at a discounted rate. To access the room block, please visit the Travel tab for the link to the booking website. The last day to reserve your room through the room block is July 1, 2026, and all payments must be made in full by JULY 1, 2026.

How long should I stay?
Answer
We would love to have you join us for an unforgettable weekend! While the main event—the wedding day—is set for Saturday, October 10, 2026, there will be optional events happening starting Friday at 5pm! Feel free to extend your stay and join us for as many celebrations as you'd like. Whether you come for just the wedding day or stay for the whole weekend, we can't wait to spend time with you and create lasting memories together.

Can I stay at a different hotel?
Answer
While we understand guests may want to consider other resorts within the area, we highly suggest that all guests stay on the Paradisus Los Cabos property. Not only is there a per person/day resort fee for outside guests entering the property, we also do not want you to miss out on any events or hanging out with family and friends!

Which airport do I fly in to?
Answer
All guests can fly into San Jose Del Cabo International Airport.

Do I need a passport to attend?
Answer
Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 6-8 weeks to process (NOT including mailing time), but can usually take longer. We suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance as a precaution.

When should I look into flights?
Answer
The ideal time to begin booking flights is usually 4-8 months out. We highly recommend monitoring airline rates through Hopper, GoogleFlights, or SkyScanner as ticket prices are always in fluctuation.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. Paradisus Los Cabos is an adults only resort, 18+ years old. We encourage you to take this as a much-needed adult vacation!

How do I get to and from the airport/ resort?
Answer
Transportation to and from the airport will be available for you to add to your trip. However, these arrangements are currently being worked on & an update is soon to come.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We appreciate your enthusiasm to share our special day with someone close to you! While we want to accommodate everyone, our guest list is limited. The invitations we send out will specify whether you are welcome to bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Dress Code at Hotel
Answer
Please note that the resort does have a "Casual" to "Formal/ Elegant" dress code for certain restaurants. Casual is for Malva Buffet, Tokimeku Asian, Cielo Mexican, Cappella Italian, Agua Marina - Men: T-shirts or polo shirts, casual shorts, pants, or jeans. Women: Dresses, skirts, capris, or slacks. Footwear: Casual shoes or sandals (no flip-flops/bare feet) Formal/ Elegant attire is more for SAL Steak Cave & Santé Dinner - Men: Long pants (sometimes nice tailored bermuda shorts are permitted, but long pants/jeans are safest), collared shirts, and closed-toe shoes or dressy sandals. Women: same as above, but dressier

What happens if we arrive earlier than check in time?
Answer
Typically, all resorts can hold the guests' luggage if they arrive at the resort before check-in. The guests can use the resort's facilities, such as the beach, restaurants, pools, and common areas, and once the room is ready, they can be guided to their rooms.
