On May 25, 2020, Kimberly hosted a Memorial Day barbecue at her home in College Station, a day that would mark the beginning of an incredible love story for her and Nicholas. Invited by a mutual friend, Nicholas arrived ready for an evening filled with fun, laughter, and unexpected romance. As the night drew to a close and as friends began to leave, Nicholas wasn't ready to say goodbye. He stood by Kim, persistent in his plea for a date. Finally, after some gentle persuasion, she agreed, and with that, a beautiful chapter began. Two months later, their first date unfolded at The Corner Bar on Northgate, where they shared laughter, stories, and the promise of many more memories to come.
