No formal plans today! Once you check in, grab a complimentary drink from the bar and come find us. We’ll be hanging out near the Ginger Bar in the lobby starting around 1:00 PM to hug everyone as they arrive.

Open Resort Day!

9:00 am

Today is yours to explore! Check out the swimmable beach, pool, or spa. For dinner, we highly recommend making a reservation at one of the resort’s amazing all-inclusive restaurants. *Reminder- Sal Steakhouse is not included in the all-inclusive restaurants. The wedding party rehearsal will be on Friday evening at ~4:00 pm. Please meet at the Aqua Marina Restaurant.

The Big Day

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our wedding ceremony begins at 4:30 pm at the Ocean Terrace. We kindly ask that guests start taking their seats at 4:00 pm. A fully hosted cocktail hour at the Ocean Terrace will immediately follow the ceremony, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The reception dinner and dance will be at the Almar Sky Bar from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Dress Code: We kindly ask guests to wear all black cocktail attire!! No shades of white, red, or jeans/ denim of any kind allowed. This monochromatic look is part of our wedding aesthetic and will make for beautiful photos. Thank you for helping us create this special vision!

Poolside Recovery & Cabo Arch Cruise

If you are leaving us early... thank you for joining us! You made our day extra special, and we appreciate everyone coming out and celebrating with us! Have safe travels back home. We will miss you! But if you are staying a little longer… We’ll be soaking up the sun & recovering by the pool for a few hours. Come grab a lounge chair and a smoothie (or a cocktail) and hang out with us whenever you wake up. Nick and I have planned an evening sunset cruise to see the Cabo Arch at 5:00 pm. If you are interested in participating, the cost is TBD (~ +/- $70 pp). Let us know by Thursday (10/08/26) so we can have a head count.
