Travel Note
Guests will be able to park in the Steamboat Square Parking Garage. You can park for free using the access code 1563. First, find a parking spot then go to the parking kiosk, enter your license plate number, find the name of the event in the product list (you may need to select option 5 to see additional products), then enter the access code. If the parking kiosk appears to be out of order, please note there are a total of 3 in the garage so you can locate another working one to enter the code. The access code will be valid for free parking beginning at 11am through the morning after your event. If you are parked outside of this time frame you will be subject to a parking ticket. If you do not follow the above procedure you are subject to a parking ticket, There is only a 30 minute grace period after the camera scans your license plate before a citation is issued.
Hotel
A block of rooms have been reserved at Gravity Haus for our guests for Friday and Saturday night. Please reference the Hanson-Hooi block to receive a discounted rate. Rates start at $239 per night. Reservations must be made by June 22nd to receive the discount. Please call the resort at (970) 879-1730 or use the link below to make your reservation in the block. Please note: guests can only book Friday and Saturday night on the link, so if you would like to arrive earlier or stay later, you must call to make your reservation. This hotel is at the base of the mountain, within walking distance of the gondola and wedding venue! This will be the most convenient place to stay in Steamboat for the wedding.

There are many Airbnb/Vacasa/Vrbo options in Steamboat. For the most convenient location, check for addresses near the base of the gondola. This will allow you to walk to many shops, restaurants, and activities!
Travel Note
Steamboat is about a 3 hour drive from the Denver Airport. If you plan to rent a car and drive, please consider Steamboat Springs is in the mountains. The drive to Steamboat is a highway, but it is winding mountain driving! Lets Ride CO is a shuttle service that will transport you to and from the Denver Airport. There is a $110 fee for a one way ticket, double for round trip. Click the link below for more information. Please note: staying at Gravity Haus is the most convenient option if you do not have a vehicle, since it is within walking distance of our venue, restaurants, and shops!
Flight
You can also fly into Steamboat Hayden Airport directly if you would prefer not to drive, rent a car, or take a shuttle. The airport is approximately a 30 minute drive to Gravity Haus hotel. Please note: rideshare services are limited, so you may want to consider an airport shuttle.
