Welcome Party - Bring Proof of Vaccine

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual dress totally permitted; whatever you feel comfortable in!

We have rented a space at a great taco place we visited, called Spectacolar, for guests to come, be merry, and have one last hoorah with us before our big day. You will be able to order and purchase your own food and drinks. People may also pop around town after the party to a few more places. Bring proof of vaccination if you have it. Please taxi, drive or Uber. Montana De Fuego should be able to help call a taxi.

River Tubing

9:45 am - 1:00 pm

Prepare to get wet! Bring water shoes, change of clothing for after the tour, swimsuit, dry bag, and sunscreen.

We will be planning a relaxing river float at Montana de Fuego, the place that all guests will be staying at, from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM. Please arrive by 9:50 AM and pay for your reservation when you check-in to Montana de Fuego. Wedding Ceremony & Reception - Vaccines not required

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Tropical Formal

-How to get there: Shuttles will pick you up at the front desk of Montana de Fuego at 3:00 PM for the wedding at The Springs Resort and Spa. We will also have shuttles to bring you back to Montana de Fuego at 11:30 PM. - Agenda: 3:15(ish)| Shuttles from Montana de Fuego to The Springs 4 PM | Wedding Ceremony at The Springs: Aracari 4:30 PM | Reception at The Springs: Club Rio 5 PM | Mingle, Games, & Appetizers 5:45 PM | Reception Dinner & Speeches 8:30 PM | Dancing and Open Bar! 11:30 PM | Shuttles back to Montana de Fuego -What to bring: Your beautiful self, dressed in Tropical Formal. Tropical Formal is just a fun way of saying formal dress wear is requested, but we want you to still be comfortable in a warm, humid environment. Make sure you have comfortable shoes to get down on the dance floor in. If you want photos around the greenery, you may want to wear something that is not green. The bridal party will be dressed in maroon and parents in purple. You can also bring cards.
