Things To Do
Osoyoos is the only desert in Canada, making it a beauty spot for summer activities. Here are some of the activities I recommend you partake in while you are in town.
Osoyoos Lake is the warmest lake in Canada. Spend time in the water, whether that's swimming, boating, taking a SUP across the lake... or hanging out at your pool.
Oliver is the wine capital of Canada, and there are over 50 wineries amongst the two small towns of Oliver and Osoyoos. Either pressure someone into DD'ing for you or get a wine tour company to take you around. We will gladly provide winery recommendations - just ask! There is also the District Wine Village north of Oliver, which is an easy place to taste multiple wineries at one location.
Food options are pretty endless in the summer. Many of the wineries have restaurants attached and I have listed a few of the restaurants in Osoyoos as well.
