Shuttle
1:45 pm
Please make use of our 20 passenger shuttle! It will make two trips to the venue before the ceremony at pre-determined locations. Make sure you are at your pickup spot at least 5 minutes before the time listed as it will NOT wait. Pick-Up 1:45pm - OK Falls 2:05pm - Island Rd 2:15pm - Mounsey House 2:45pm - Venue 3:00pm - Spirit Ridge 3:10pm - Coast Hotel 3:15pm - Watermark Resort 3:20pm - Super 8 3:30pm - Haynes Point 3:40pm - Venue The shuttle will begin on-demand service at 10:30pm. For any Oliver drop offs before midnight, please let the DJ know that there is a trip going out of town so that it's announced to the rest of the guests. There is one reserved shuttle going to Oliver/OK Falls at 1am for Mounseys/Hudspeths/MacPhersons. Drop-Off 10:30pm - On Demand Begins 12:30am - Final Shuttle to Osoyoos Locations 1:00am - Shuttle to Oliver/OK Falls (reserved) You are welcome to drive to the venue. There's lots of parking along the road and you may keep your vehicle there overnight.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Semi-Formal/Beach Attire: Wear anything from tuxes and gowns to short sleeve tops and sundresses.
An outdoor ceremony under a big willow tree. Please note we will not be including children at the ceremony or reception.
Cocktails & Appies
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

There will be a few bites in addition to cocktails and live music!
Reception

We'll be having an authentic taco bar, along with salads, soups, and sides! There will be enough sides to make a meal for any weirdos that don't like tacos.

Beach Picnic

If it's hot out, bring swimsuits!
We're inviting guests back to the property for some beach time and lunch. This is a casual time to hang out before you leave town, bring your towel and swimsuits! Menu is to be determined. If it's a rainy day, we'll still have the tent up for shelter if you'd like to stop by!
