Denver International Airport is just over a 1.5-hour scenic drive away from Winter Park Resort. If you want to drive yourself to the resort from the airport they have plenty of options available for car rental. The address for the resort is 85 Parsenn Road, Winter Park, CO 80482. If you would prefer not to drive yourself, there are multiple companies you can book to transport you from the airport to Winter Park. You would also need to book your return trip from Winter Park back to the Denver airport. The following is the most affordable option you can book for this purpose: https://www.ridehj.com/

The link provided below is for a booking website which allows you to book at any of 5 places managed by Winter Park Resort. If you book before May 10 there is a 20% discount. If you book between after May 10, there is a 10% discount. See below for brief descriptions of each place. To access the booking link with discount either type in the below website address or click the 'View' button at the end of this section. https://www.winterparkresort.com/StokerWoolleyWedding Note: there are plenty of other options for lodging in the area through VRBO or AirBnB. There is no specific place we want guests to stay. At the end of the event, shuttles will take you down the mountain from the venue site and drop you off at each of the listed options with exception of Iron Horse. If you book at a separate place you will be responsible for your own transportation back to your lodging at the end of the event. Uber does operate but there is a limited number of drivers.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge: Located directly across from the gondola at the base of the mountain. Can book 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condos pending availability. Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe: Located just across the street from Zephyr Mountain Lodge at the base of the mountain. Can book 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condos pending availability. Vintage Hotel: Located near the base of the mountain but has what they call the Village Cabriolet (essentially an open-air gondola) that will take you directly to base of the mountain. This is the only listing that is dog-friendly. Parry Peak Lofts: Located at the base of the mountain. 3-bedroom luxury style condo lofts. Iron Horse Resort: Located along ski run near the base of the mountain but with no direct access to base of the mountain during the summer other than driving from the location to the base of the mountain. Only contains studio units.

Note: we have heard from a few people that the link above sometimes leads to a page that gives them an error message. Some people have had success typing the link into a different device/laptop so give this a try if you encounter any issues. We have notified the booking office and they are working on fixing the link.
