Welcome Dinner

Casual

In order to spend as much time as possible with our guests who are making the trip for our wedding, we have rented out the entire restaurant for that Friday evening. Starting at 5pm, only guests of our wedding will be allowed in. Seating will be just like at any other restaurant, feel free to sit as a family or smallish group of friends. Feel free to mingle of course, but please make sure to order from your waiter like any other restaurant. Everyone will be on their own tab for the evening. Anyone who will be in town for the wedding even if they are not attending the actual ceremony the next day is welcome to come, it is not "wedding-party only". We hope that you make plans to join us for dinner whenever you can make it that evening. Feel free to come whenever you can make it and stay as long as you like, we have the restaurant all to ourselves until closing time. No RSVP required, just make sure to mention you are there for the wedding event when you get there.

Wedding

5:00 pm

You need to be present at the bottom of the Gondola lift (located directly across from Doc's Roadhouse Grill) no later than 4:15pm in order to load the Gondola and head up the mountain to the ceremony site. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. A cocktail hour will follow, and reception will start around 6:00pm, and end by 11:00pm.
