Lufthansa

Whenever we flew to see each other we booked with Lufthansa - it is usually the cheapest option. Depending on where you want to land, there are a few options to choose from. You can fly to Kraków through Munich or Frankfurt if you are planning to stay there first, we can also help you organize transport from Kraków to Szprotawa. You can also fly to Berlin and spend some time there - Berlin is located around 140 miles from Szprotawa (2,5-hour drive).

LOT is a Polish airline - this one is the best if you want to book a direct flight. Right now there are direct flights to Kraków and Warsaw.

Hotel

Palac Wiechlice

Pałac Wiechlice will be the center of the whole weekend. This complex is both - the hotel and the wedding venue. At arrival just go to the main desk and check in. In case of any questions, please call us - we will be available for you 24/7. Please let us know by April 1st, 2024 about your accommodation needs. The hotel is booked and covered on Friday and Saturday, you can also buy additional night if needed (Sunday). There is no need to book anything on your side, just let us know! :) Pałac Wiechlice będzie centrum całego weekendu. Kompleks ten to jednocześnie hotel i sala weselna. Po przyjeździe prosimy o udanie się do recepcji głównej po odbiór klucza do pokoju hotelowego. W przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań prosimy o kontakt telefoniczny – będziemy do dyspozycji 24/7. Prosimy o informację do 1 kwietnia 2024, czy planujecie pobyt na dwie noce (piątek - niedziela) czy na jedną noc (sobota - niedziela). Pokrywamy koszty noclegu na obie noce. Możemy również pomóc, jeżeli zajdzie potrzeba rezerwacji trzeciego noclegu (niedziela - poniedziałek).

Train

PKP Intercity

PKP Intercity is the main Polish railway - it provides many options to travel around Poland as well as neighboring countries. For guests from Kraków area: there is a train coming from Kraków Main Station to Nowa Sól - we will provide a bus transport from Nowa Sól to the hotel on Friday. Those who arrive on Saturday - please let us know beforehand what time you are planning to arrive and whether you will need to be picked up from somewhere. Please keep in mind that Saturday may be a busy day so if you have an option to arrive on Friday or come straight to Szprotawa on Saturday, we would really appreciate it. Goście z Krakowa i okolic: z Dworca Głównego w Krakowie kursuje pociąg do Nowej Soli oddalonej ok. 30km od Szprotawy - w piątek (16 sierpnia) zapewniamy transport autobusowy z Nowej Soli do hotelu. Osoby, które planują przyjechać w sobotę - prosimy o wcześniejszą informację o której godzinie planujecie przyjechać oraz czy będzie potrzeba odebrania was z danej stacji kolejowej/autobusowej. Jeżeli macie możliwość przyjechania już w piątek lub będziecie w stanie przyjechać prosto do Szprotawy w sobotę - będziemy bardzo wdzięczni. Nie tylko ułatwi nam to planowanie ale też oszczędzi stresu w dniu naszego ślubu :)

There are several websites you can use to rent a car in Poland (Expedia, Kayak, Autoeurope). There is a car rental place at Kraków Airport which we have used before. In case of any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
