Hallet Oak Foundation Inc is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that operates Hallet Oak Gallery as an art, performance, and learning center with knowledge bases in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics ( STEAM resources.

This little Brewery is pretty integral part of most folks that live in the area. Bobby's grandfather ran the Hallettsville Ice House which is now converted to Mity Mite's Bar and Grill in town. While there and since his ice route took him to many bars, he was approached by the Shiner Brewery to distribute beer and did for many years.
