When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is recommended, but please wear what makes you comfortable! Don't hesitate to bring a warm winter coat as there is a complementary coat check at the reception.

If we are driving, where should we park?

Answer

Fairlie has a free parking lot directly across from the venue. Complimentary valet service will be available. There is also free street parking, but cars may not be left on the street overnight. If you are parking near the hotel there will be a fee for parking. We recommend using the SpotHero app to reserve a discounted parking spot in advance.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle buses from the Residence Inn Downtown/Loop to Fairlie, along with transportation back to the hotel once the reception is over. The bus will be located on LaSalle Street and will depart from the hotel promptly at 5:00pm. Please do not leave any belongings on the bus as the return transportation will be a different vehicle. There will be a return shuttle on a loop beginning at 10:00pm until the conclusion of the reception at 1:00am.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our event will be adults only, with the exception of newborns and babies — we understand that being separated from their beloved caregiver at this age isn’t an option. For all others, please leave the kiddos at home, unless otherwise informed, and enjoy a parent's night out!
