We'll start off our weekend with a good old fashioned BBQ! For the weekend, we invite you to bring any specific snacks/drinks you might want, but we'll also be stocking the Loloma fridge with some basic snack/breakfast items, wine, beer, and bubbly waters. More info on the FAQ page. Post-BBQ, we'll spend the evening hanging out on property with campout-style hangs. Bring your musical instruments for jamming.

Option to start the day with a gentle morning flow to loosen up the limbs and get ready for a day of play! Facilitated by Meghan Anderson, Sarah's longest life partner to date. Not a yoga person? Come hang out for breakfast, yard games, and general fun.

When former adventure guides and Bold Earth trip leaders gather, games will be had! Option to join us for a Bold Earth-style Olympics, where we'll be facilitated through some silly fun. Egg toss, Oreo face, talent contests - the games will be a day-of surprise, but the laughter will not. Accessible to all! If you're staying off property, we hope this gives you time to either pack up and spend the day with us (showers and mirrors are available at Loloma), or to head back home for a refresh pre-ceremony as needed.

We ask that guests arrive around 3PM in order to make their way to the ceremony site and get acquainted with the venue. Our ceremony will be outside in a shady grove along the banks of the McKenzie River. Dress comfortably for walking in grass and sitting on wood benches.

Get ready to boogie down with us! The official after party ends at 10PM due to noise ordinance, but we anticipate opportunities for unofficial music and shenanigans to last as long as your heart desires.
