For those traveling from out of state please be aware that Talkeetna is about a two hour drive from Anchorage. In addition, Talkeetna is very small with one real grocery store, a few gift shops, a handful of restaurants, and some fun little bars. If you feel like you may want anything specific during your visit you may want to plan of picking it up in Anchorage or in Wasilla on your way north.
We will be getting married in the heart of Talkeetna, located at mile 15 of the Talkeetna Spur road. We suggest staying as close to Talkeetna proper as possible. Talkeetna does not have any form of taxi or Uber so please plan accordingly.
