Hotel Zone Cancun
I have been here 3 times and roamed the streets of Cancun’s Hotel Zone by foot and public transportation, and I can say it's relatively safe. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within the Hotel Zone that you and your family can enjoy. Should you decide to leave the resort and explore, safety precautions should always be in placed.
Xcaret Park
The Disneyland or Universal Studios of Cancun, Mexico. We went here a few years back and it's definitely a 'must-try' when you're in Cancun.
Tulum
I'm a sucker at archeological sites and would definitely recommend visiting these places (Click the link). Tin and I visited these ruins when we visited Cancun in 2021.
Chichén-Itzá
Fun fact: as many of you know, I'm a travel addict. However, did you know that my first-ever backpacking experience was in Mexico? Yup! I joined my cousin, Eli, in Mexico in his quest to complete the 7 Wonders of The World. I haven't completed the Wonders like he did, but I was grateful that I joined him because this moment opened my eyes to traveling and seeing the world.
Cancun Sign
Kodak? Photo-op? This is definitely the spot! The sign is located at Playa Delfines, a bit further down of the Hotel Zone near El Rey Archeological Zone.
Ik Kil
Cenote Ik-Kil is one of Mexico’s most breathtaking natural wonders, situated close to the famous Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza. With its crystal-clear waters, lush green surroundings, and rich cultural history, it’s no wonder why visitors from all over the world flock to this site.
