Where to stay?

Answer

Though we would love you to be in the resort where we are staying at, there are plenty of hotels to choose from within the Hotel Zone that is close to our wedding venue. However, to get you with the best rates, we availed the services of Samantha Russom, our Travel Agent, to secure us with a room block. A minimum of 3 night stay is required with that booking. If for some reason you find a better deal, as long as it's an apple-to-apple comparison, Samantha can price match your offer. Keep in mind that if you decide to stay elsewhere, then you will have to pay $180 per adult and $90 per child (ages 3 to 12y/o) to avail a wedding pass to enter our venue. Please let us know if you have any questions.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our family and friends to come dressed semi-formal keeping the weather in mind. Please take a look at our gallery to choose the colors you may want wear during our wedding. Palette #3 and #4 are the entourage colors - please refrain from using. Thank you

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

You definitely can! Please let us know in advance to accommodate your request.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, since it's a destination wedding, we cannot take verbal RSVPs. We would only take RSVP once your booking is confirmed. You can do this by clicking on the travel tab on the right hand corner, and following the direction listed there, or by clicking on the RSVP link located on the header.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since it’s a destination wedding, there’s a timetable we must follow. A final headcount is due on October 29, 2024. You will receive reminders on any balance due to your room or reservation in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate any last minute requests after October 29, 2024.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Depending on where you are staying. If you’re staying at Hyatt Ziva and you book your reservation through our travel agent, then ground transportation is included. If not, car rentals, taxis, buses are available. The venue is located within the Hotel Zone of Cancun and transportation is easily accessible.
