Patty and Maria have been friends since high school. The first time they hung out together outside of school was on Maria's 15th birthday, when they hosted the Cup Olympics. It involved putting a disposable plastic cup to the test in the fields of agility, endurance, and style.
Robin (she/her)

Robin and Theodosia met in college. The two studied stage combat together, and have battled with swords, daggers, quarterstaffs, and more.
Sarah (she/her)

The couple met Sarah when she became the regular groomer to their late dog, Jippy. Sarah gifted Jippy one of her favorite toys ever, a rainbow Lambchop, for her 12th birthday.
Sam (she/her)

Sam and Maria are coworkers. They led a group that won second place in their company's first Ideathon, where employees were challenged to create an innovative product. (Everyone agrees their product was the best and should have won first place.)
Elijah (he/him)
Bridesman
Elijah is Theodosia's older brother. When he was in college, he would drive two hours roundtrip so that a 12 year old Theodosia could join him at Magic the Gathering tournaments.
Tara (she/they)
Bridesmaid
Tara and Theodosia went to college together. She has founded multiple theater companies, including an improv troupe that Theodosia was in for three years.

Bride
Maria does not have a horse yet, but one day she will.

Theodosia is one foot and four inches taller than Maria.
