For your comfort, a block of rooms have been set aside for Friday, July 31, "The Night Before" our wedding, at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Utica. This hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church in Utica where our wedding ceremony will be held on August 1. A limited number of rooms can be reserved at a special rate of $179 plus tax per night for double queen suites and $174 plus tax per night for king suites. These rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis until June 30th. After this date, the discounted rate will no longer be available. Both of these hotels are conveniently located near Timber Banks Country Club, our reception venue. One block of rooms have been set aside at TownPlace Suites by Marriott Liverpool. At this location, rooms can be reserved at a special rate of $174 plus tax per night for either a double queen or a king room. These rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis until July 3, 2026 or until the room block is full. After this date, the discounted rate will no longer be available. Another block of rooms have been set aside at Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay. This hotel is located right next door to the TownePlace Suites and is also conveniently located near Timber Banks Country Club, our reception venue. Rooms here have been set aside at a special rate of $189 plus tax per night for either a double queen or a king room. These rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis until June 15, 2026. Shuttle
August 1, 2026 5:30 pm - 12:00 am
We want you to relax and enjoy our Big Day. That is why we have arranged complimentary shuttle service from both the TownePlace Suites Marriott Liverpool hotel and the Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay hotel to Timber Banks Country Club where the reception will be held. The shuttle will depart from the hotels at approximately 5:30 pm to transport guests to the reception venue. At the conclusion of the reception, the shuttle will depart to return guests to both hotels.
