This event is casual and will take place outdoors in a lovely zen garden.
After the welcome party, make a reservation with some buddies at one of the restaurants downtown and enjoy drinks at El Dorado!! Food recs can be found in "Things to Do" tab.

Getting to the Ceremony
5:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Please arrive at Valinor Ranch by 6:00 PM. Enjoy a self-serve beverage, then hop on one of our school buses for a short 10-minute ride up the hill to the ceremony. Parking is limited at the ceremony site, so all guests will travel together by shuttle. Hotel Shuttle (Comfort Inn) Departure: Shuttles leave the Carbondale Comfort Inn at 5:45 PM for the ceremony. Please arrive in the lobby 10–15 minutes early. Return: Shuttles depart Valinor Ranch back to the hotel at 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
Ceremony
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Following the ceremony, guests will be shuttled back down the hill for cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
Reception

Dress up, but plan for uneven ground and cooler evenings (bring a layer!). Think earthy/wildflower colors (or any color you love!). Midi/long dresses or elevated knee-length options. Button-downs and jackets. No tie required, but wear one if you like! The family will be wearing ties. No shorts, please.
