Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad & Museum
This is an all day event! After working on the train for a season Margaret’s recommendation is to take the one way ticket to Silverton and catch a ride back as the way back down is very bumpy! Or there is also the option of a hikers ticket where you can get dropped off for a hike and return on the train a few hours later after a prestige wilderness hike (for significantly less cost).
