I have a question about Logistics, who do I contact?

Answer

Try not to contact the bride or groom especially the day of the wedding. If you have a question we ask that you reach out to any of the following people: Martha (Margaret's mother) 607-334-7526 or Natasha 607-373-9363 (Margaret's sister).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 4:30pm and the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Question

What is the expected attire for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding attire is Black Tie optional. The wedding party will be dressed in Black Tie attire and we encourage you to dress up with us! But, if you feel more comfortable in cocktail clothing that is also perfectly fine.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our wedding will offer three different stations of buffet style food. We have designed the menu to have something for everyone to make sure everyone can enjoy their food no matter what their food preferences are allergies are!

I don't speak Spanish, how will I communicate with people?

Answer

Most people in Puerto Rico are bilingual and will understand English. But, the more words you know in Spanish the easier it will be on them and you. We recommend downloading the google translator app on your phone for English to Spanish, and downloading the offline version so you can have it while you explore Puerto Rico.

Is there an elevator at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue is a historical landmark and it does not have an elevator. The reception will be on the second floor and will require you to go up one flight of stairs.

What should I expect when booking my flight?

Answer

We recommend setting up a flight alert (you can use google flights or the hopper app) to keep an eye on best priced flights. Flight prices range from $450 RT to $900 RT. If you see the flights drop to around $450-$500 that is a low price and a good time to purchase the flight.
