How will you ensure safety of guests?

We and the 1000 Acres Ranch are committed to upholding the CDC, NY State and local COVID-19 safety guidelines that are in place at the time of our wedding.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Call 1000 Acres Ranch at (518) 696-2444. You can let us know through this website's RSVP page to help us keep track, but you will still need to call the Ranch.

Where will I stay?
Answer
Everyone can stay on site at 1000 Acres Ranch so we can all be together! All you have to do is call the Ranch to book your stay with our wedding rate by August 1, 2021. You can book for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday arrival. Meals are included in your stay! Check out the Schedule and Travel pages for more info! Not staying at the Ranch but plan on attending? RSVP through the website and send Megh an email to let us know you will not be booking with The Ranch. meghan.misset@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to and from any off-site locations.

Can I chose where I stay on The Ranch?
Answer
We can guarantee you and your party a room at The Ranch as we have them reserved, but the location of your room will be solidified closer to the day. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Do I have to come up for the long weekend?
Answer
We would love it if as many of our friends and family can join us for some pre-wedding fun and relaxation on Thursday and Friday before the wedding, but we understand if that is not possible for you and just appreciate your presence whenever you can be there. Please note, the World's Largest Garage Sale in Warrensburg, NY is scheduled on the day of our wedding. If the event happens as planned (pending COVID restrictions) we expect heavy traffic delays so plan your travel accordingly!

What should I wear?!
Answer
Dress for a cocktail party. Dresses, blouses, shirts and ties. Be comfortable. Be prepared for an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) and wear your dancing shoes!!

Should we plan to arrive on Saturday, October 2?
Answer
October 2nd is the first day of the World's Largest Garage Sale in a nearby town that attracts thousands of people each year. Traffic delays could set you back hours, so please plan accordingly if you would like to arrive on Saturday. We certainly did not know this when we booked the day, so we apologize for the inconvenience! As of 3/1/21 - the event is still pending approval from NY state due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will do our best to update our website, but you can see the latest at their website here: https://warrensburggaragesale.com/.

Is there a schedule of events leading up to the wedding if I were to come up early?
Answer
We want you to enjoy our wedding weekend as much as we will. Check out the list of “Things To Do” in the area on the website to make the most of your stay. The Ranch has a lot to offer and downtown Lake George is a short drive away. We will most certainly be kayaking, playing games, hiking, and spending time around a bonfire at night! For anyone arriving on Friday, we hope to see you at The Red Dog Saloon that evening to cheers to our last night as singles!
