If flying directly to Pereira or Armenia doesn't work for you, flying into Medellin or Bogota is also a good option. Since they are the two biggest cities in Colombia, you'll find plenty of international flights. From there, there will be plenty of domestic flights available into Pereira. If you're coming from Medellin, you can travel by road (~5-6 hours depending on traffic).
