During cocktail hour, we will have a table set with fruit, cheese, tapas, and antipasto. There will be some circulating hors d'oeuvres through the cocktail area. For dinner, we will have a station based meal (a.k.a. fancy buffet) with the following options: chicken cooked in a sherry cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes and caramelized shallots, beef tenderloin carving station, seared salmon filet with seedless grapes and pine nuts in a white wine lemon dill buerre blanc sauce, spring salad (walnuts served on the side), vodka pasta, roasted red potatoes, and chef's choice vegetables. And, of course, cake and a cookie table! Please let me know if there are any food allergies that I should alert the kitchen about! Bon Appetit!
