Answer

- Passports: Passports must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned date of departure from the Schengen area. A 6-month validity is recommended. - Biometric checks: Italy specifically Rome has implemented the Entry–Exit System (EES), recording fingerprints and facial scans upon arrival and departure. Secure tickets early for the Uffizi (ideally 3 weeks out), Accademia for David (~2 weeks), and climb the Duomo dome under the unified ticket system. - Consider a Firenze Card For culture-lovers, the €85 Firenze Card grants 72-hour access to multiple museums—still requires reservations but helps you bypass ticket lines.

Question

What to Pack

Answer

As you prepare to join us in celebrating our special day in Italy, we encourage you to embrace the local style while prioritizing comfort. Italian summers can be warm, and many venues feature cobblestone streets and scenic hills. Opt for breathable fabrics like linen or cotton to stay cool, and choose stylish yet comfortable footwear—think chic sneakers, espadrilles, or low-heeled sandals. Avoid high heels or flip-flops, as they may be impractical for walking on uneven surfaces. By dressing thoughtfully, you'll not only look great but also enjoy the day with ease.
