From “Hi” to “I Do” Tarryn and Mason, two Hawaiʻi-raised students at Oregon Tech, began as glances in the same club—Tarryn absorbed in soccer, Mason busy with clubs. After winter break, their paths increasingly crossed through shared hangouts and texts. What began as casual encounters quickly evolved into laughter-filled nights and heartfelt conversations, and Tarryn realized, “I think he might be the one.” That summer, visits turned into deeper connections as they met each other’s families and recognized the strength of their bond. Before Tarryn departed for soccer season, Mason handed her a pink card and asked her to be his girlfriend—and she said yes. Since then, they’ve become inseparable best friends and teammates, soon to be husband and wife, grateful for the journey and excited for the future. From college to forever — we’re so excited to celebrate the next chapter with you.
