The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas

This is the site of the wedding ceremony and reception. We will also have a block of rooms at a discounted rate. The rate covers 3 days prior and 3 days after the event (Jan 28-Feb 5) if you want to extend your stay in the DFW metroplex. Reservations must be made by January 3, 2025 for the discounted rate to be honored. Please note, this is not at Ritz Carlton Dallas. Ensure you are going to the "Ritz Carlton Dallas Las Colinas" or "Ritz Carlton Las Colinas". The names of the establishments are confusingly similar.

Dallas is a major city with innumerable hotels depending on your budget, where in the city you would like to stay, and your travel goals. If the above recommendations are not to your liking, there are plenty of options. We do not, however, have discount agreements for other properties.

Dallas has recently cracked down on short term house rentals (as of summer 2023). That said, you can still find many options on Airbnb, VRBO, or your platform of choice.

Both airports have extensive selection of rental cars available. Dallas roads can be confusing (and trafficky!), as well as surprise toll roads.

Train

DART

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is available throughout the metroplex. The routes are not particularly helpful for the wedding venue, but can assist during your touristy time.
