Maid of Honor
Jenn is Mallory’s older (and wiser) sister. Jenn is the kind of person who is by your side through thick and thin. She is a guiding light, the person you turn to when life gets hard, has a heart of gold, an amazing nurse, has a personality of a comedian, and is a wonderful mother and friend to all. She lights up any room she walks into and can easily cause a good belly laugh. Mallory is lucky to have her by her side through it all.
Bridesmaid
Mallory’s cousin and partner in life. Although they have been close their whole lives, their relationship grew when they moved to Baltimore together after graduating from nursing school. While in Baltimore, they started their careers as RN’s, while having some of the best times and meeting an amazing group of girls who they consider some of their lifelong best friends today. If you need a laugh, a hug, or a marathon training partner, Sarah’s your girl! Genuine, smart, funny and beautiful, Sarah has it all.
Bridesmaid
Caity and Mal have been best friends since kindergarten! They met at Ormond Beach Elementary and have been a duo ever since. They made it through the era of the Spice Girls, awkward middle school years, Seabreeze high school (go Crabs!), living together as roommates during college, and now live down the street from one another in Denver! It seems as though the world tries its best to keep these two together..and the stars continue to align, and come October 2021, Caity and Mal’s cousin Daniel are getting married! These two have been through all of life’s ups and downs and are excited to officially become family this year!
Bridesmaid
Katelyn and Mal met in Middle School while riding the same bus together. They have experienced all stages of life together.. from awkward curly hair days, learning to drive in Mark Ascik's car (oh boy), high school parties, CRV days, Manatee mishaps, beach days and many fun times in Chicago (especially the weekend of Deacon). If you need a good laugh, a shoulder to cry on, or fashion advise, Kate is your girl! Katelyn is the definition of a true friend and Mal is beyond lucky to have her by her side through it all.
Bridesmaid
Jac and Mal met in middle school, but became very close in high school. They had a blast when they were on the cheerleading team at Seabreeze High School (Go Sand crabs!). They always spent their Proms and Homecomings together, and could typically be found chatting in between classes in the "courtyard". They have remained close since high school, and have been a part of some of the most important moments of their lives.
Bridesmaid
Danielle and Mal met at Ormond Beach Middle School in 7th grade. The two went to different high schools, but always seemed to cross paths and stay close. After graduation from college, Mallory moved to Baltimore and Danielle to DC, and were so excited to live so close! Some of their best times were spent running Federal Hill together, going out in the town and spending time exploring DC. To make their story even more special, Mallory introduced Danielle to her husband, Dan.
Bridesmaid
Kassie and Mallory met in 2015 while working together at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children as RN's. Initially, the two weren't the best of friends, they had a little "beef" (which is now a huge joke), because they became the best of friends when they realized their humor and interests aligned. In their 7 years of friendship, they have been through the ups and downs of life, and have had a ton of fun along the way. Kassie is considered Mallory and Steve's 3rd wheel at times, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Best Man
Bill and Steve met when they were neighbors during their time in St Louis and have been very close ever since - in fact, Steve was Bill's best man a few years ago. Bill is a BIG PRODUCE GUY - ask him anything about fruits and vegetables! Additionally, he can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about managing a Steak n Shake!
Officiant
Ben and Steve shared server duties at On the Border during their time at UGA. Steve can still remember Ben's first words to break the silence as they waited for first day orientation - 'so how about that weather.' The ice was broken and they've been best buds ever since!
Groomsman
Kerney....yes, that's his real first name. Coincidentally he and Steve met in a dining hall at UGA and became fast friends, initially due to the similarity of their no-so-common names. Kerney likes to tell people he turned Steve into the man that he is today (still debatable).
Groomsman
Steven and Steve became good friends towards the end their tenure at UGA, when they were neighbors and found a way to hit the bars four nights a week. While no longer living in such close proximity (or hitting the bars), their friendship has grown over the years, always finding a way to attend the biggest Georgia games together - Steven's fraternity network always comes through with tickets!
Groomsman
While Mike and Steve were dorm buddies who both endured no AC during the Georgia summer - as well as a full slate of biology and chemistry classes en route to a super useful biology degree. They became close again when Mike moved out to Denver several years ago and enjoy exploring the outdoors together.
Groomsman
Sweet Billy and Steve met through mutual friends on a ski trip to Vail when they both lived in Chicago. Coincidentally, they both moved out to Denver around the same time and have been close friends and ski & travel buddies ever since. Billy might be the best (untrained) cook you'll ever meet - ask him how to cook anything!
Groomsman
Mark and Steve became good friends during their time in Chicago together. Based on their mutual passion for skiing and Mark's generosity with a Southwest Companion Pass, they have spent many ski trips together - and the occasional golf outing where Mark puts on a clinic.
Groomsman
Nick and Steve met during their time in St Louis. With Steve only knowing a few people there, Nick took him under his wing, and they eventually became roommates once they both moved to Chicago. The quote - 'A true friend will pick you up from the airport and help you move' - sums up Nick pretty well.
Groomsman
It's pronounced 'Fyoosh'...Tim and Steve met at The Pony in Springfield, MO when they both were med device reps working out of St Louis. As a Missouri local, Tim introduced Steve to the STL crew and the rest is history. Ask Tim about playing the drums late night and the pleasantries of growing up in Cuba, MO...
