Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), and shuttle service provided by CARM will meet you at the airport and take you to the ferry dock. Please be sure to visit the link provided below to set up your roundtrip airport transfers/ferry service. The deadline to submit your information is January 30. The Gran Puerto Cancun (Ultramar) ferry dock is located in Puerto Juarez, which is about 15 miles from the airport. The boats leave every half hour from 5:00 am until 9:30 pm and every hour after that. The crossing takes about 20 minutes and will drop you off on Isla Mujeres. Once the ferry has docked, head out of the port, take a left onto Av Rueda Medina, and it is a 5 minute walk to Hotel Privileges Aluxes (or other hotels near Aluxes). Should you need assistance to transport you or your luggage to the resort, pedicabs or taxis will be readily available.

Additionally, roundtrip ferry service will be included.
