We’ve booked a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express! However, it’s been brought to our attention you may be able to get a better rate outside of the group... they adjusted the rates so check both, inside the group rate and outside. Call 260-459-1888 and mention Carlson/Arvin Wedding to get the discounted price - recommended if reserving just Saturday to Sunday. When booking let them know if you plan on checking in on Saturday before their normal check in time of 3pm, since the ceremony starts at that time... Due to the stupid “social distancing” crap, they have canceled all shuttle services. Hotel cancellation policy: if for some reason something comes up after you have booked your room and you are no longer able to attend, you will have up until 6pm the day prior to arrival to cancel your reservation wo penalty

If you need to rent a vehicle, you will need to make those arrangements when booking your flight. The rental services do not offer discount rates for weddings. The hotel also does not have a shuttle to and from the airport 🙁
