Flight
If you’re flying in for our festivities, we recommend flying into Chicago O’Hare (ORD), arriving either before dinnertime on Friday, November 12 or on the morning of the 13th. You can also fly into Midway if it’s a better connection for you, but it’s definitely a longer drive to where the party will be!
Travel Note
You’ll be able to get a Lyft/Uber from the airport to the hotel, but rideshare availability in Highland Park can be hit or miss. We plan to offer a shuttle from both hotels to and from the main events of the weekend, but if you’d like to be able to explore the area while you’re here, consider renting a car during your stay.
Hotel
We have a block of rooms set aside for our guests at the Renaissance Hotel in Northbrook, which is just a few minutes from each of our event venues. Be sure to mention our name (Glabman-Majewski) to get our discounted room rates! Standard rooms are $105/night and can include either two queen beds or one king bed. We also have a handful of king suites reserved for $155/night.
