FAQs

More details to come! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1st to allow us time to plan! Head to the RSVP page to let us know if you’ll be able to make it!

Question

What is your vaccination policy?

Answer

For the health and safety of our guests and vendors, we kindly ask that only fully vaccinated guests plan to attend our wedding in person. We will have a videographer present to capture the highlights of the day so that anyone unable to attend can still feel a part of the day. We will make a decision regarding whether we will require masks for our guests closer to the event date.

Question

What happens if COVID-related restrictions prevent us from gathering?

Answer

The health and safety of our loved ones is our first priority. Although we hope to see everyone in November, we also know that this pandemic remains a real threat and might impact our ability to gather with everyone as planned. We will monitor the situation in Illinois and in the areas from which our guests are traveling, and, if necessary, will adjust our plan to ensure everyone’s safety. We will keep our website updated with any changes, so check here for the latest info! Thank you in advance for your flexibility!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Share any allergies or dietary restrictions we should know about when you RSVP and we’ll make sure our caterers are aware.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, at a handful of stores. You can see our full registry on the Registry page of this site!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes — we have a block of rooms reserved for our guests at the Renaissance Hotel in Northbrook. Head to the Travel page for a direct link to book your room in our block.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday night dinner for out-of-town guests: Dressy casual. Our event on Saturday night is at an art gallery, so think creative cocktail attire!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’re doing things a little differently, including not to disclose our specific ceremony time. We plan to open the doors and start pouring drinks at the Art Center at 5pm — don’t miss the toast at 5:30!
