Located on the south shore of Lake Minnetonka, Excelsior is a cute and quaint town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Kurtis and I both grew up visiting this place all the time as children, and we both agree it's worth a stroll down Water Street. Just be sure to stop by Licks Unlimited Ice Cream on the way out of town!
Wayzata
681 Lake Street East, Wayzata, MN 55391
Also located on Lake Minnetonka is Wayzata. An upscale town with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Whether you want to take a walk down the panoway to the Wayzata Depot or grab a coffee at Penny's, Wayzata has something for everyone.
