We met during our sophomore year of college while being apart of the same campus ministry. A year later, our friendship grew deeper over the summer as we spent time paddle boarding and jet skiing and pretty soon we realized our true feelings for one another. After a night out at the movies, Maisyn asked Kurtis to start dating officially on July 27th, 2019. Dating involved more fun and adventures, which included a trip to Kurtis' family's cabin in Buena Vista, Colorado, and our relationship grew even deeper. On June 29, 2021, Kurtis asked Maisyn to marry him while taking a sunset stroll on the beach in Monterey California while on a Reardan family reunion trip. Maisyn through very happy tears said "Yes!" That brings us up to date where they are actively wedding planning while being long distance, but they are excited for what their future together will hold!
