What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Given the venue’s location, it’s a good idea to plan for traffic if your route takes you north on the I‑15. From Carlsbad or Oceanside, the drive is usually around 35 minutes, but with traffic it can stretch to about an hour. We recommend building in some buffer time in preparation for the potential traffic heading up to the Temecula area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We cherish children as blessings from the Lord, but for this occasion, we’ve chosen to keep the celebration adults‑only. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is convenient onsite parking with valet service, and overnight parking at the venue is available if you need it. Cars may be picked up between 10am and 12pm the following morning.

Attire is black‑tie optional, so feel free to dress up as much or as little as you’d like.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

With so many hotel options in the area — and since we and our families will be staying in the Carlsbad region — we will not be offering scheduled transportation to or from local hotels.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, we’d appreciate hearing from you directly so we can collaborate with the caterer and make sure you’re well taken care of.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors? What should I bring if there are less than optimal weather options?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Tivoli Italian Villa, with the two spaces conveniently located right next to each other. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the venue’s covered tent area, and the reception space is already fully protected from rain. May in Fallbrook is generally mild and pleasant, with average highs in the mid‑70s°F and lows in the low‑50s°F, along with very little rainfall. To help keep everyone comfortable, we’ll also have small hand fans available in the case of more severe warm weather.
