The Night Before

We’d love to kick off the weekend with you. Join us at Pizza Port Brewing Company in Carlsbad Village from 5:30–8:30 PM for (Kim's favorite) pizza and time together before the big day. We will be located in the Portside area of the restaurant. There are two entrances to get into Portside, one through the patio of Pizza Port Brewing Company and one from the sidewalk on Carlsbad Village Dr. There will be a welcome sign to guide you to where we are located. Feel free to drop in anytime between 5:30 and 8:30 PM after you get into town — we can’t wait to see you!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Our celebration is black‑tie optional, so feel free to dress up as much as you’d like. The venue features faux grass, so heels won't sink.

Please plan to arrive at four o'clock to allow for traffic and parking. It takes approximately 35 minutes to get to the venue from the Oceanside and Carlsbad area without traffic.

Day‑After Coffee at Our Favorite Spot

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Come hang out with us the morning after the wedding at one of our favorite coffee spots to enjoy some coffee, pastries, and one last chance to soak up the weekend together before everyone heads home.
